Band Booster Executive Board
Job Descriptions
President: Oversees all board positions. Supports all major events of the organization. Primary interface with Band Directors- liaison between parents, volunteers, and chaperones. Create agendas for and conduct all board meetings and general parent meetings throughout the year. Oversees Merchandising and Uniforms/Concert Wear Chairpersons. May not serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
Secretary: Records minutes at all board and general parent meetings throughout the year. Provides the minutes to board members and general membership. Maintains booster by-laws, Other duties as assigned by the President.
